If the client cancels the event more than 30 days prior to the scheduled event date, the client will receive a full refund of any deposits or payments made to Marley Music & Photobooth LLC.

If the client cancels the event between 15 and 30 days prior to the scheduled event date, the client will be required to pay 50% of the total contract amount.

If the client cancels the event less than 15 days prior to the scheduled event date, the client will be required to pay the full contract amount unless otherwise written in contract.

In the event that Marley Music & Photobooth LLC is unable to perform due to illness, injury, or other unforeseeable circumstances, Marley Music & Photobooth LLC will make every effort to provide a suitable replacement. If a suitable replacement cannot be found, Marley Music & Photobooth LLC will refund any deposits or payments made by the client.

In the event of rain or an act of God that does not allow us to provide service we will work with the client on a case by case basis with the best interest of the client in mind. A reschedule of the event will be attempted first. If reschedule is not possible or both parties do not come to an agreement a refund will be given. 

Any changes to the event date, time, or location must be made in writing and agreed upon by both the client and Marley Music & Photobooth LLC.

If the client fails to make any payments in accordance with the contract terms, Marley Music & Photobooth LLC reserves the right to cancel the contract and retain any deposits or payments made by the client.

This cancellation policy applies to all DJ services provided by Marley Music & Photobooth LLC and supersedes any prior verbal or written agreements.
